We do not accept returns except for defective items, so size exchanges are not possible. For this reason, we provide a size chart—please be sure to check it before making a purchase. Purchasing with the intent to return, such as for the purpose of trying on items, is considered disruptive behavior and is not allowed.
We ship using FedEx, DHL and Japan Post.
We usually ship within 2-7 business days of receiving cleared payment.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
